Default Very long&strong f/spikes, little or no blooms

Has anyone experiece similar problem with phals?
Phal has two very long, vigorous fast growing spikes, and another new one, the third, also fast growing and strong. But... the biggest one has only 4 buds, another has no buds at all and I'm not sure abot the third spike.
Shortly speaking - there are spikes, but there aren't any flowers.

any ideas? overfeeding? Some hormonal disorder? anything else?

Thank you!

Hard to say for sure without seeing them, but if they are fairly new spikes, they are going to keep growing and producing more buds as they go. Some Phal spikes can get quite tall before then buds open. Some of mine can get around two feet tall before the buds open. Just be patient, and keep us posted.

I read somewhere that it takes approximately 120 days from when the spike begins to grow to when the blooms begin to open. It might have more growing to do before its ready to make buds.

Thanks, for replies.
tuvoc, I can't post a picture of them, it's not my plant. As I now these spikes are quite old.

Hera, definitely they are older than 120 days. that's why this question rises.
