Default Paph Brown Tips

No, I'm not making an inquiry about men's dress shoes... I have noticed some, not all, of my paphs get this brown discoloration which begins on the tips of the leaves and progresses toward the crown. I have applied bleach, sprayed with RD-20 (Physan), applied fungicides but to no avail. If I wash the affected area with bleach and then remove it well down onto the green portion of the leave, it only begins again. The brown area is dry, odorless and brittle. So my question is: can this be a sign of over fertilization as can be seen with cymbidiums. I do a "wash-out" once a month and I try very hard not to wet the leaves. I have fans moving air. While I'm only moderately concerned because the plants appear otherwise healthy, it is still problematic to me....

Or maybe leaf tip burn from overfertilization.
