Ok. Believe it or not, I have read Darwing, I know about Natural Selection and many other things, specially Biology...
Still never got an answer on someone doing it and documenting it.
Anyway. Just got the seedlings and I gave it a go.
I mounted a small bunch with a ball of Sphagnum around the roots and potted the other two bunches. For the potted ones I tried two different substrates/mixes. One is Orchiata + chopped Sphagnum + Perlite and another one is pure Long Fiber Sphagnum.
I also got some Catasetum sanguineum seedlings as a surprise gift from the seller which I also potted up.
All the potted seedlings have been bagged up to ensure maximum humidity. One of the Encyclia pots and the mounted one have been installed in my terrarium. The other pots have been put on one of my windowsills where I grow more Orchids, Nepenthes and other plants.
Let's how this goes.
Pics follow.
