Thought of another possible lead... in-situ orchids Jeff Tyler. Sells on eBay, he has a lot of interesting, off-the-wall things of excellent quality (I have bought from him). I don't see this one on his list, but he's another one who might do some looking for you if he doesn't have it, specialty is Bulbophyllums so he may know where to look.

DC, I see that Mount Prospect Orchids listed this orchid for sale as of their most recent price list (Jan 2020). Maybe they still have some or know where to get one. FYI, I know nothing about this grower.

Mount Prospect Orchids = Helen Hirsch, now located in Plainfield, NJ. She usually has some fabulous Paphiopedilum (multi-florals mostly) and Bulbos.

DC, another thought...Marni Turkel, who also sells on eBay (as mostlyspecies), most of what is listed are flasks, she has other things listed for auction, but also has a very extensive personal collection from which she propagates, and one never knows what she may have in the queue for sale. Here's current listing, for contact info (and bidding if you so desire)...https://www.ebay.com/sch/mostlyspeci...88.m1543.l2654

So many names and useful information there, it could be worth adding those people and their specialities to the growers database
