Guide lines for outdoor patios (equivalent to greenhoue floor):
4-6" of crushed rock, tamped down,
then 4-6" of sand, tamped down,
then pavers.
In the greenhouse, where floor won't be subject to freeze/thaw cycles, you can get away with less.
