Kim,

I picked up one of these based on your first post! It had 5 pseudobulbs when I got it, but they seemed pretty skinny and small compared to the new growth. It has put out 2 more this summer, hoping to get some blooms this fall/winter.

It is a pretty large plant, but I'm glad to make some room for it.

Is it new growth in reaction to the chemical bath it received? How are your babies recovering?

Just spotted this little thing during watering my japonica. Not sure if it's a root or maybe even a new spike!

Roof cleaning. They lied to me and used a bleach solution and WRECKED the flora in my yard. It on the mend but it was very sad
