Tapatalk does still work. I use it on my Android Phone and ocasionally on an Android Tablet.

For a while it was giving a warning that the site plugin for tapatalk was old, but you could just ignore that message and carry on and it worked fine.

I think the message about the plugin being old might have gone. Marty did talk about updating it, not certain if he did or not but I don't get any message anymore so I guess he did

I am sorry if this is a silly question- you all seemed to have figured out how to use tapatalk without a problem. I have downloaded and installed the app on my phone, but I for some reason I am not able to search for a forum- it gives me an error.
Does anyone know what category orchidboard is listed under?

So - I tried to look on my phone app - and search, as well as the 'explore' functions aren't working for me at all anymore ... Hobbies and Interests would seem the most likely category. I can't find anything helpful on the tapatalk forum, either ... I will post in the tapatalk forum, and hopefully we can get this worked out ...

If you were in the UK I would say that you could be getting caught be an 'adult content' filter you have to ask your phone service provider to removed. Not sure if you have anything like that in the USA.

In the UK by default there is an 'adult content' filter on searches on your phone. You can contact your phone provider and ask for it to be removed. In my case I can do that where I manage my phone account online so don't need to ask someone (some people might find it embarrassing to ask )

For some reason the search option on tapatalk get's caught by this in the UK. The tapatalk website does say you need to get it turned off (at least it did a few years ago when I was first having problems).

I think because the search could return any type of forum, including adult content ones they have set up their app to need that turned off... not really sure the reason
