Need help with OB problem - Orchid Board

Hi, I wasn't sure how to go about this but I need help from a Mod I think. I was contacted through the classified ads and when I tried to reply to the message it says that the person is not allowed to receive private messages? They were interested in trading with me and I don't know how to go about contacting them otherwise... what should I do? I also don't know how to contact a Mod directly which is why I'm posting this...

Down the bottom of most any thread( including this one) on the right-hand side is Contact Us. Not sure if this goes to Marty or the Mods or both. Give it a try!!

Members need to have checked off in their profile that they want to be able to receive PMs. I guess this particular member didn't - intentionally or not. You might see if you are able to send an email, or post a "visitor message" on the profile.

If you need to contact a mod or admin, you can send a PM or email. I haven't used the "contact us" button, but expect that probably goes to admin.

Does anyone know how to edit my site. I do t see any icon or way to do this.

Not sure what you mean by 'edit my site'. Do you mean to edit your profile?

At the top of the forum is a pink bar with some options. One of those is 'User CP' and that opens a set of options down the left hand side.

I THINK this goes to Admins as Sonya has said. It certainly does not come to me or Sonya or any of the other Mods that I know of. Unfortunately our Admins are not on the forum much these days unless one of us asks them to help with something so it's not the most useful option these days.
