I sent in my payment and ad file over a week ago and have yet to receive any response. Is there someone that can help me find the right person to get this worked out? Thank you.

Yeah, Camille is right, it would be Marty that handles all those sorts of things.

Because it's just him and running this place is not a full time job he is sometimes busy with other things, but I would say give an email or PM a try.
