I love wild orchids! I spend as much time as possible in late spring/early winter hiking in the Alps looking for more orchids. There is such a wide variety. I've seen the "invasive weed" Epipactis helleborine before, in it's natural habitat, in the south of France. It's a protected species here. Gorgeous plant!
