Crimped leaves and hidden, compressed pseudobulbs? Seems to be a
Miltionopsis as well!
You may want to try increasing the humidity for that plant. A lack of humidity or watering will cause the crimping of the leaves. It's quite a common site in
Miltionopsis, not so much in the dry-tolerant
Miltonia...
