Dend nobile and it's hybrids are are special in that they need certain conditions to bloom. During the growing season give them a lot of water and fertilizer but don't over do the fertilizer. When the bulbs are nice and fat in the fall, start to decrease your watering. They need two conditions to flower: 1) cold temperatures (50F or so) at night for a month or two 2) decreased water while the temperatures are low. Continue to give them as much light as possible and be patient.
