Deamos, I start my lights at 8:am and they go off at 8
m. At those times the lights don't bother my neighbors. No one has complained yet but I did notice one neighbor with binoculars watching my window. I'm fortunate, I have a state police investigator living next door. He can vouch for me and my orchids.
