Suzie, I've bought from them numerous times in the past. My first experience was mixed: the two Cattleyas I purchased were fine, but the two Cycnoches hybrids I got weren't so great (one never broke its dormancy--even after I let it sit on the bench with its neighbors for nearly a year). They did finally make good on the bad Cycnoches--but only after I harassed them continuously via telephone and email for a couple of weeks. That being said, however, I have noticed over the last year that they've gotten much better about responding and being helpful. Not sure whether there's someone new managing the customer service area of their business--or perhaps they just got fed up with being badgered by numerous customers and decided to be more proactive. In any event, I'm much happier with their service and plants today. I've placed several orders with them over the last year, and none of them have been problematic either by way of their products or services, and I would not be hesitant to order from them again (well, okay, unless the item I was interested in was from the Catasetinae family--but that's just because I'm a bit gun shy :-).
