Today I went to Oak Hill Gardens and bought some mini orchids. They are so cute and sweet (for now). Ha!
Here are some pictures.
Hanging from air holes in top is Oncidium pusillum.
Back left on bark is a Ghost Orchid (which will probably be too big for the case eventually, right?).
Front left is Howeara Lava Burst 'Puanani' AM/AOS.
Front right is Haraella retrocalla.
Back right with one open flower is Sterochilus hirtus.
I put some river rock in the bottom of the case with a little bit of water. The water is NOT touching the bottom of the orchids in any way. Any other suggestions for keeping these babies alive? They will get Eastern light by the window, but I was told not to make it direct light.
