I haven't counted in quite a while...do we count the ones planted/mounted out in the yard? I suppose I have about 300. Two slat houses are full and eyeing another corner on the other side of the house to build a phal house.

My problem is I went overboard a few years back and my tastes have become more refined as well as specific. Don't know what I was thinking some time ago with interg. oncids...ewwww....have since pitched. Now I'm catts and brassavola crosses, vandas, dends. There are a few misc. others, but for the most part you'll see big clay pots full of aliflor and catts.

One very good lesson I learned was to really evaluate your plants and cull what doesn't thrive...something that just exists is a weak plant. It not only takes up bench space, but a weak plant is suseptible to disease/pests.

It's not about quantity, its QUALITY that matters.
