I use one of those ultrasound foggers in my tank. I run it so that my rel.humidity stays above 85% all day. it really extends the time it takes for the plant to dry but I don't think that alone even at 100%would be enough.
please don't forget to get good fans for air circulation. I'm only saying this because after I updated my system with the fogger the higher humidity levels made me purchase an additional one, my third..
