I prefer to use small refrigeration fans in all of my growing cases as the air circulation is a lot stronger. They are 240 volts and are totally waterproof as they are used in industrial refrigeration to pull cold air through the evaporator and across the food within the fridge or freezer.
One of my concerns for any member who is attempting to set up a terrarium for orchids is with regards to using computer fans. They are not waterproof and we all know water and electricity do not mix!
