Hi Jerry,

Wow, I wouldn't have been able to resit them either.

Paph roots are usually brown and hairy (it suprised me first time I saw them).

If they were mine I would be in two minds as to whether to repot. So far I've only repotted each of my Paphs after the flower has faded, but at the same time I think it is best to repot straight away even if you loose the flower as a result. (Keeping the plant and roots healthy is more important than the flowers). But I've tended to risk leaving them and repotted later.
