Are these considered a different species from Habenaria rhodocheila now or is it still a yellow variant of Habenaria rhodocheila?

How tall is the plant at flowering size and how long are the tuberoids when they are mature?

I'm a bit worried about the tiny 1.5" pot I have my Habenaria rhodocheila (red) is in.
