Unfortunately Baz, there really isn't a chapter two. Well, perhaps there is a chapter 11/2. Part of the process is to use plants that tend to throw multiple front leads and that grow really well for you. In my case, things such as the plant pictured here, BC Pastoral is one that does that for me. Others that have done equally as well are LC Irene Finney, Onc. altissimum, L tenebrosa, C maxima to name a few. I had a friend that repeatedly grew BLC Nachouchee this way but I was never able to duplicate his success. I have seen LC Irene Finney once in a washtub. I have never tried to go that far.
Oh, yes, another part of the secret is patience.
