Hello Carol! In this specimen I used only tree fern (xaxim, Dicksonia sellowiana) both pot and fiber. Unfortunately xaxim is now prohibited, I'm triyng a mix of cocconut fiber, pinus bark and sphagnum, but does not work so well
. I use organic food in the roots ("bokashi", a japanese mix of fish, humus and so) and chemical in leaves (Peter's or Dyna gro). If I find some xaxim (in Brazil "prohibited" is not so prohibited), I mixed with cocconut fiber and bark, and its very good
