I plan to post picture of the orchidarium in the beggining of next week, i do not want to hijack your post, and I do not have the time before.
The plan is to take detail pictures of my solutions.
About fans, I found a fan for computercases from ADDA, model number AQ1212DB-A73GL, that should be waterresistent!
I have a 120 mm (4''?) fan but they do it in different sizes.
