Mine live in a very wet environment, get sprayed every 4 hours, fertilized every other day, stay at 90+ humidity, warm temperatures and continue to pump out leaves, roots and flowers. I have no clue but sounds like something got to it. Sorry I can't help.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)
