While I have not personal knowledge of the current standards for treating impregnated wood, I believe things have changed with regard to the chemicals used in the pressure treatment process. Last year I purchased a very nice GH kit through Costco (SunGlo Greenhouses). The kit was an 8 x 12 and included a ton of major good stuff! I then enlarged it directly from the manufacturer to 8 x 15. Because of my specific application I built it up on a wall using treated lumber and installed a lumber treated floor. I'm a year into this thing and all is well with the chids as the pics tell the whole story!
