Neptune has to be one of the most beautiful roses I have ever seen! You can look it up on google, but the pictures do not do it justice!! I will post pics when my new bloom opens!! Oh, and my Mister Lincoln is going to open soon as well!!

Oh, maybe you can help me with a rose- related question: is it a fungus that can effect the buds of a developing shoot/growth? My Mr. Lincoln has 4 developing 'stems', but only one has flower. The others appear as though the bud never formed/ didn't develop. I am having the same problem with 'Neptune', which I purchased with a fungus problem two weeks ago. Anyways, I am spraying them with a comination fungacide/insecticide, so this will hopfully fix the new growth on the plant.
