This is completely normal, in my opinion. It is common for Onc. leaves to split, sometimes several times. The "accordian" pleating is from lack of water during growth period. It cannot be undone. The curved leaves is common as well. What I notice most is the pseudobulbs look nice and fleshed out (not shriveled). The older ones will shrivel often times, so no worry there. Biggest thing to get it to bloom is get it into more light. Mine sits (as I said previously) in a south facing window right against the glass. I also water mine once or twice a week (or so) and they do fine.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)
