No it wasn't a Noid. Both parents were listed on the tag but the cross itself was not named. It is now though.
I had to send in the parent names, get permission from the breeder and write a description (with help from a friend) of the flowers (I sent a picture as well) and send that with an application and fee to the RHS. It's pretty easy and really neat to be able to actually name a cross.
