How to Revive and care for Cycd (chlorochilon x Jumbo Puff)?

Hi. I have a Cycd (chlorochilon x Jumbo Puff) and first time growing an orchid. I purchased it last Nov at an orchid show in Singapore. It was planted on moss ever since and looks like it's dying. I searched online on how to take care of it and I found this site. I finally removed it from moss and now placed it in CHC with charcoal. Really hoping it revives my plant.
